Phase two of the launch

📆 Timeline-first mindset — because launch day isn’t the finish line, it’s the centre of the storm.

At Aine, we start with a date — and everything moves around it.
Not vibes. Not guesses. A real moment we commit to, early.

It keeps us grounded. Focused. Clear.

For this next release — six new colour variants, all tied to tarot, all absolutely stunning — the timeline is what’s holding the vision together. Every detail works back from that one point:

→ Mood and creative locked before anything else
→ Story and naming set — every pair has a fate
→ Content mapped out across email, site, socials .. Okay so this isn't done. Nothing to freak out on but it's so hard to get all that together, there's a bit of winging it involved sometimes.
→ Shoot days locked ... This also hasn't been sorted. We've got one of the team ready with a brief and we're brain storming with another but it's hard to put all our ideas into a hat and be like, right, that one. 
→ Product pages being built in rhythm with everything else - Also no.. I swear we do have stuff ready, it's just these ones are in the works. We've got Maj though who can smash this out.
